An introduction for those interested in kiteboarding but not ready to commit. A fun way to practice skills learned in our “Launch Into Kiteboarding” class, before handling a LEI kite.
- Full gear and safety review
- Kite set up, line management and pre-flight inspection
- Launching and landing a kite
- Water re-launching
- Body dragging
- Review kite flying in the wind window
- Manage kite with the board
- Transition from waterstart to basic riding
- How to ride upwind
- Self-rescue and exit
The sky is the limit.
*Wind direction and lake level determine the lesson location.
St Albans deep water site requires use of jet ski ($ 100,- additional fee).
Stand Up Paddle – Tours, Rentals and Equipment.
We are surrounded by beautiful, State owned, Lake Champlain Islands; Mosquito, Burton, Woods Island and Kill Kare State Park. Rent a SUP and explore on your own or with a guide ($25 per hour additional fee)
*min. of 2 persons and Weather Dependent
Burton Island 2 hours
Burton Island Tour includes guided SUP to Burton Island, short hike, swimming and purchased lunch from Burton Island Camp Café (additional fee).

Safety Comes First
**All Participants MUST wear life jackets (included) and water shoes. Sunglasses, sunscreen, water and towels are recommended.
***We reserve the right to cancel any lesson, rental or tour due to inclement weather or any other factor.
